TERMS

Terms of Service

1. Agreement and scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to websites, Creative Studio, Marketing Intelligence, Knowledge Workspace, and related services provided by AIBU Inc. (주식회사 아이부, “AIBU,” “we,” or “us”), collectively the “Services.” By accessing the Services, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for yourself and, where applicable, your organization.

A signed order, statement of work, subscription agreement, or other written agreement with AIBU controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

2. Business accounts and authorized access

The Services are intended for authorized business use. Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Customer administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate organization roles and removing access that is no longer authorized.

Users may access only the customer organization, data, projects, and functions permitted by their assigned role. Attempts to cross tenant boundaries, bypass access controls, or use another person's account are prohibited.

3. Services and AI-assisted features

The Services may organize business information, recommend or retrieve relevant materials, generate or edit media and text, evaluate candidate outputs, and support human review and approval workflows. AI-generated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, non-unique, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Users remain responsible for reviewing and approving final outputs before publication, distribution, advertising, or other use.

AIBU may improve workflows, evaluations, models selected for a task, and user interfaces as the Services evolve. Material service commitments are governed by the applicable customer agreement.

4. Customer content

Customers and users retain their rights in prompts, files, media, feedback, business data, and other content they provide (“Customer Content”). They grant AIBU a limited right to host, process, transmit, transform, and display Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the customer-facing Services and as otherwise directed or agreed.

Users must have the rights and permissions required to submit Customer Content and to use reference materials, names, likenesses, brands, music, footage, and other protected material. Users must not direct AIBU to create or distribute content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

5. Acceptable use

Users must not use the Services to commit fraud; distribute malware; unlawfully process personal data; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; evade platform safeguards; interfere with service operation; reverse engineer protected service logic except where applicable law expressly permits it; or create content prohibited by applicable law or provider policies.

AIBU may limit or suspend activity reasonably believed to threaten security, service integrity, third-party systems, or legal compliance.

6. Integrations and third-party services

The Services may connect to customer-authorized storage, communications, advertising, AI, and media-generation providers. Use of those providers may also be governed by their terms and availability. AIBU requests only the integration permissions required for the enabled feature and handles Google API data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Fees and usage

Fees, included usage, pricing methodology, payment terms, taxes, and any customer-funded provider usage are determined by the applicable order, customer agreement, or pricing presented for the Service. Usage records and provider responses may be used to calculate charges, investigate failures, and resolve billing questions.

8. Availability, changes, and suspension

AIBU works to operate the Services reliably but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability unless a separate agreement states otherwise. Features may depend on third-party APIs, model capacity, account credit, network availability, or customer-managed integrations.

AIBU may change, restrict, or suspend the Services when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, non-payment, provider restrictions, or prevention of material harm. Where practical, AIBU will communicate material operational changes to affected customers.

9. Confidentiality, privacy, and security

Each party must protect the other party's non-public business information using reasonable care and use it only for the agreed relationship, subject to any more specific confidentiality agreement. AIBU handles personal information and Google API data according to the Privacy Policy.

10. Ownership

AIBU and its licensors retain rights in the Services, software, interfaces, documentation, workflow designs, and underlying technology. Except for the limited right to use the Services, these Terms do not transfer AIBU intellectual property or disclose protected implementation details. Ownership and permitted use of deliverables created under a customer project may be further defined in the applicable customer agreement.

11. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. AIBU does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs are factually correct, unique, legally clear for every intended use, or accepted by an advertising platform. Users are responsible for final human review, required disclosures, substantiation, and compliance for content they choose to publish.

Liability, remedies, and any service warranties are governed by the applicable customer agreement and mandatory law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Termination

Users may stop using the Services, and authorized administrators may request account or integration removal. AIBU may terminate or suspend access for a material breach, security threat, legal requirement, or as provided in a customer agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, confidentiality, payment obligations, and responsibility for prior use—will survive.

13. Governing terms and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without overriding mandatory protections or a different governing-law provision in an applicable customer agreement. Disputes will be handled under the applicable customer agreement or by a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.

We may update these Terms as the Services and applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision. Questions can be sent to aibesideyou@gmail.com.
